UCC Signs Academic Partnership Agreement with CAIA

The MSc Corporate Finance program at UCC has signed an Academic Partnership Agreement with the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association - the international leader in alternative investment education and provider of the CAIA designation. The MSc Corporate Finance program at UCC’s Department of Accounting, Finance and Information Systems now joins a select group of programmes globally who have Academic Partnership Agreements with CAIA.

Financial Industry Business Ontology (FIBO) on track to become a Global Financial Technology Standard.

UCC based GRCTC (Governance Risk and Compliance Technology Centre) are pleased to mention that the Enterprise Data Management Council (EDMC) has announced that the OMG Architecture Board and Financial Domain Task Force unanimously approved FIBO--‐Foundations on September 26 at the OMG Technical Conference in New Brunswick, NJ.
